1. What happens to my information after I submit it to Ambassador Jet?

Ambassador Jet will keep any submitted information confidential and does not release or disclose this information to a third party without your knowledge or consent. If you decide not to use our services, information submitted to us will be kept confidential.

2. What happens if I decide to use Ambassador Jet's services?

As an independent charter broker, we access a network of over 1400 operators to provide you with highly competitive rates. During our search for the best charter operator, we do not divulge your identity until you accept a specific operator for a specified trip. If you are selling an aircraft, we do not divulge your identity or anything that could possibly reveal your identity (such as aircraft registration numbers, company logos, etc.) until a bona fide offer is made for such aircraft. If we are representing aircraft buyer clients, we do not reveal or disclose your identity during a preliminary search for aircraft from prospective sellers.

3. Can payment for services be made on the Ambassador Jet website?

No. Ambassador Jet does NOT currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology or Private Communication Technology (PCT). In fact, Ambassador Jet uses a third party for payment.

4. Am I under any obligation if I submit information using any of the contact forms?

No. There is no obligation for an individual or company to use Ambassador Jet's services simply by using the contact forms on Ambassador Jet's website.

5. What about sending sensitive information to Ambassador Jet?

For your protection, please do NOT send any credit card or other sensitive information to us via email or using our form fields on our website. If you have any doubt, please call or fax us the information.

6. May I use the images, logos, and pictures found on the Ambassador Jet website?

No. The Ambassador Jet logo is a registered trademark of Ambassador Jet, LLC. The images and pictures are also exclusively owned by Ambassador Jet, LLC and may not be reproduced in any form for any purpose without the express written permission of Ambassador Jet, LLC.
